How we work
We start with a short discovery, agree what success looks like in numbers, and deliver in increments you can stop or redirect.
A typical engagement starts with a two-week discovery: we look at what exists, talk to the people who use it, and produce a written plan with an estimate and a sequence. You can stop there and take the plan elsewhere.
Work is delivered by a named team you can talk to directly, with progress visible weekly rather than reported at milestones. If something is going wrong, you will hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

How long does a manufacturing engagement take?
Discovery is two weeks. Delivery depends on scope, but we sequence work so something useful ships within the first six to eight weeks rather than at the end.
Do we have to replace what we already have?
Usually not. Most engagements integrate with existing systems and retire only what is genuinely costing more than it returns.
Who owns the result?
You do — code, documentation, credentials and infrastructure. We hand over a runbook your own team can work from.
