Vijaykumar founded KAUSTYA INFOTECH more than fourteen years ago with a clear vision — to build a technology company Indian enterprises could rely on for engineering excellence, honest counsel and long-term partnership.

Under his leadership, KAUSTYA has grown from a small engineering team into a multi-country technology partner serving over 1,500 enterprise clients, with 3,000+ successfully delivered projects and 99% client satisfaction.

Beyond running the business, Vijaykumar is deeply committed to entrepreneurship development in India, and champions the company's mission of building a learning and development centre of excellence.

Under his direction, KAUSTYA has expanded into new practice areas — most notably artificial intelligence, cloud and cybersecurity — while doubling down on the fundamentals of quality delivery, transparent client communication and measurable business outcomes.
