How we work
We assess custom code and clean master data while the old system is still the system of record, because that is when the work is cheapest.
A typical engagement starts with a two-week discovery: we look at what exists, talk to the people who use it, and produce a written plan with an estimate and a sequence. You can stop there and take the plan elsewhere.
Work is delivered by a named team you can talk to directly, with progress visible weekly rather than reported at milestones. If something is going wrong, you will hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
